The Strong Dog Challenge

Are you an AMAZING dog mum or dad?

Do you want your dog to feel, happier,healthier and stronger?

Do you want to work on your bond with your dog?

Can you not currently walk your dog but want to keep them fit?

If the answer to any of these questions is YES then come join us in the Strong Dog Challenge.

This 3 day challenge isn't just about muscle, it's also about movement and making walks that are a little bit more interesting.  

It's suited for dogs of all ages and skill levels and this challenge has been put together to celebrate teamwork and the deep connection between the dog and their owner while learning just how important things as simple as a sit can be!

I want my dog to be stronger, but I don’t know what exercises are safe.

During this challenge we will be discussing how exercises can be carried out correctly for YOUR dog and their needs.

My dog’s positions are sloppy and I don’t know how to fix them

Don't worry we can work through this together and get your dog's posture improved.

My dog struggles with posture, balance, or coordination.

The 3 exercises we will be covering will all help to build on this without overwhelming you or your dog.

During the 3 day challenge, we will focus on three key exercises:

🐶Sit

🐶 Lay

🐶 Paws up.

Each of these simple positions can reveal so much about our dogs’ confidence, body awareness, communication style, and overall well-being.

By breaking them down and carrying them out with intention, we learn to read our dogs more clearly, support them better, and build strength that goes far beyond muscles.

Whether you’re here to deepen your bond, improve your dog’s posture and stability, or just have fun learning together, this challenge is all about celebrating progress, connection, and the incredible things our dogs can do.

Hi, I'm hosting your challenge, I'm a qualified animal physiotherapist and owner of Passionate About Pets Animal Physiotherapy. I am dedicated to helping dogs move better, feel stronger, and live happier, healthier lives.

For years, I’ve worked with dogs of all ages, breeds, and abilities.

I created the Strong Dog Challenge to empower dog owners to build strength, confidence, and functional fitness in their pets through easy to follow exercises that aren't time consuming.

Like you, I'm a dog parent too, so I'm fully aware of how precious time can be. That's why all the exercises I will be showing you can be done in as little as 5-10 minutes!
